  • I coach any journalist who asks for help with work issues, story writing, and finding stories.
  • Current and past coaching opportunities have included 15 years of the Al Tomkins’ “Power Reporting” classes at the The Poynter Institute, comprised of professionals around the world. For the past 6 years I have been working with students from the University of Florida, the University of Southern California, The University of South Florida, and with CBS News interns.
  • As a member of the faculty and advisory board for the Student Television Network I have helped a generation of high school journalism students in their transition to college journalism and many of these students have become professionals themselves.
